Berndt Pettersson is a partner in Cederquist´s Banking & Finance practice group. Berndt advises Swedish and international banks and financial institutions, corporate clients and private equity houses in domestic and cross border financing transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition finance, real estate finance and bilateral and syndicated loans. Berndt has more than 15 years of experience from banking and finance in both Finland and Sweden and has been involved in a number of the larger financing transactions in Sweden in the past years.
