Fredrik heads Cederquist’s EU and Competition Law group. He has significant experience of defending clients in cartel investigations and abuse of dominance matters, both conducted by the European Commission and the Swedish Competition Authority. In addition, he has considerable knowledge and experience from advising clients in relation to vertical issues pertaining to distribution and licensing issues. His experience also includes anti-dumping and other trade matters.
