About Jim
Jim works primarily with dispute resolution in arbitration and court litigation. He has experience in extensive and complex cases regarding, inter alia, construction disputes, compensation according to the Swedish Environmental Code and disputes regarding regulatory compliance. In addition, Jim has experience in environmental and real estate legal advice within major infrastructure projects regarding, inter alia, permits, species and area protection, planning issues and land access. In environmental law, Jim also has experience working with public water services, environmental damages and liability for polluted land.
