About Jonas

Jonas is a partner within Cederquist’s private M&A team and works with Private Equity and industrial M&A. Jonas regularly advises Swedish and international corporate as well as Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies in various transactions, including acquisitions, investments, divestments, mergers, joint ventures, capital raising and incentive programs. Jonas also has vast experience within corporate law and commercial contracts.
