Malin Allard

Malin Allard has more than 20 years of legal practice within IP, media, and marketing law. She regularly advises major broadcasting and telecommunications companies in Sweden, as well as other industrial companies. Malin is a board member of the IMC (Institute of Intellectual Property, Marketing and Competition Law), connected to Uppsala University. She is engaged in the board work of the Swedish Copyright Association (SFU) and is a member of Swedish intellectual property organisations such as AIPPI; SFIR and IFIM, as well as the ICC working groups for IP and Marketing. She regularly holds lectures and seminars.
