About Robert

Robert Stromberg heads up Cederquist’s Employment and Benefits group, specialising in employment law, dispute resolution, and M&A. Robert advises on the drafting of employment agreements and other agreements (including pension, incentive, and bonus programs as well as policy documents) for managing directors, key personnel, and other employees. In addition, Robert provides advice regarding employment protection, termination of employment, reduction in operations, restructuring, business reorganisations and other changes in the employer’s activities as well as advice regarding protection of trade secrets and loyalty, confidentiality and non-competition undertakings. Moreover, Robert represents employers during negotiations and in disputes as well as in corporate acquisitions where, inter alia, regulations regarding collective agreements arise.  Cederquist’s Employment and Benefits group is ranked among Sweden’s best.
