About Theodor
Theodor is a senior associate in Cederquist´s dispute resolution group. He specializes in commercial dispute resolution and works with both arbitration and litigation. Theodor is a trained judge and has served at the Svea Court of Appeal and the Stockholm District Court. With experience both as a judge and as counsel, Theodor has extensive knowledge of procedural law and broad experience in disputes concerning i.a. contract interpretation, contract invalidity, contractual and non-contractual liability, construction and disputes involving insolvency law matters.
