Tone Myhre-Jensen is Cederquist’s Managing Partner and specialises in advising on equity capital markets matters, general corporate matters, corporate restructurings and M&A transactions. Tone has extensive experience in advising Swedish and international clients on a range of matters, including corporate governance, day-to-day securities law and company law issues, takeover bids, advising on raising capital and other public transactions, as well as Family Business.
