Viktor is a senior associate in Cederquist’s private M&A group. He mainly represents private equity sponsors in relation to their acquisitions, divestments and establishment of incentive structures, but he also regularly represents listed and unlisted companies. Viktor also has experience from representing both investors and the founders in capital raises.
