Wilhelm Lüning is one of Sweden´s leading specialists in the practice areas equity capital markets, company law and corporate governance. He has more than 35 years’ experience of the Swedish capital market and has represented listed companies, institutional shareholders and financial advisors in relation to takeover offers, capital raisings, IPOs and other public transactions. Wilhelm Lüning is member of the Swedish Securities Council (the Takeover Panel), the Nasdaq Stockholm Disciplinary Committee, the Advocacy Committee of ecoDa and member of the Board of Directors of the Swedish Corporate Governance Institute.
