Cederquist has advised Allurity in connection with the acquisition of Onevinn, a Swedish cybersecurity company, from Haven Cyber Technologies. Allurity is a leading cybersecurity service provider for Europe and through this acquisition Allurity strengthens its offering in comprehensive security solutions for the region.
