Cederquist advises Arla in conjunction with the acquisition of Falbygdens Ost

Cederquist has represented Arla Foods AB in connection with the acquisition of Falbygdens Ost from Atria Sverige AB.

Falbygdens Ost stores and processes hard cheeses and is one of Sweden’s largest importers of selected fine cheeses and dessert cheeses. Completion of the acquisition is conditional on approval from the competition authorities.

Cederquist’s team was led by Maja Wettergren and Rodney Humphreys, supported by other specialists, including Olle Rislund and Amir Mohseni, who were responsible for the competition law analysis.
