Cederquist advises Bonava Norge AS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bonava AB (publ), in connection with the acquisition of Urbanium AS

Urbanium has since 2003 developed and sold housing in Oslo as well as in central urban areas in the Oslo region. In recent years, the company has purchased and developed an attractive land bank with the potential for completion of nearly 1,000 homes over the next 7 years. Urbanium has 7 employees and sales of approximately NOK 247 million in 2018.

The acquisition is conditional upon approval from the Norwegian competition authority.

Cederquist’s team was led by Maja Wettergren, partner within M&A, mainly together with associates Viktor Eriksson and Björn Sjöberg. Financing matters were handled by Per Henriksson, partner within Banking & Finance, together with associates Mirja Sikander and Oskar Eriksson, and equity market matters were handled by Fredrik Lundén, partner within Public M&A and ECM, together with Sara Hag.
