Cederquist advises Bonava on its SEK 1,050 million rights issue and amendment of terms of outstanding bond loan

Cederquist has acted as legal advisor to Bonava AB (publ) on its fully guaranteed rights issue of approximately SEK 1,050 million and the amendment of terms of Bonava’s outstanding bond loan, which were both announced on 20 December 2023. Bonava obtained approval from the noteholders regarding the amendment on 10 January 2024, and the outcome of the rights issue was announced on 29 February 2024.
