Cederquist advises Budbee and its largest owner Kinnevik on the combination between Budbee and Instabox

The majority shareholders of Budbee and Instabox, two last-mile logistics platforms specialised for e-commerce businesses, have agreed to combine the business of Budbee and Instabox under the name Instabee.

The combined business is valued to approximately SEK 18 billion, and Kinnevik will become the largest owner. The combination is subject to certain closing conditions and is expected to close in Q4 2022.
