Cederquist advises Carnegie and SEB in connection with Viscaria’s directed issue of new shares

Gruvaktiebolaget Viscaria has carried out a directed issue of new shares to a number of institutional investors, among these Swedbank Robur, SEB Stiftelsen and Ålandsbanken, and a number of existing shareholders. Through the share issue, Viscaria raises approximately SEK 440 million before transaction costs.
