Cederquist advises Catella in the establishment of a MTN programme, issue of green bonds, and tender offer of existing bonds

Cederquist has acted as legal advisor to Catella AB in connection with its establishment of a Medium Term Note programme (MTN programme) with a framework amount of SEK 3.0 billion, which enables the issuance of senior unsecured bonds and senior unsecured green bonds. The transaction also included an issue of unsecured green bonds in an amount of SEK 600 million under the MTN programme and a tender offer to holders of the company’s existing bonds.
