Cederquist advises CDON Group AB on new issue

Cederquist represents CDON Group AB in connection with a new issue which raises MSEK 500 for the company.

CDON is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Through the issue, which is made with preferential rights for shareholders, CDON Group raises approx. 500 MSEK before issuing costs. The new issue is fully guaranteed by CDON’s largest shareholder Kinnevik.
