Cederquist advises Endomines AB on new issue

Endomines is a large Nordic mining and exploration company which began production at its first gold min in eastern Finland in February 2011.

The mine is adjacent to the approx. 40 km (25 m) long Karelian Gold Line along which Endomines controls all currently-known gold deposits.

Endomines raised SEK 48 million through a targeted new issue which was signed by Swedish and Finnish investors. The issue price was set via book building.
