Cederquist advises Kingspan in connection with the public offer regarding Nordic Waterproofing

Kingspan Holdings (IRL) Limited has made a mandatory cash offer to the shareholders of Nordic Waterproofing Holding AB (publ) to tender all shares in Nordic Waterproofing to Kingspan. The offer values all of the shares in Nordic Waterproofing to approximately SEK 3,853 million.
