Cederquist advises Kingspan in connection with the recommended public offer regarding Nordic Waterproofing

Kingspan Holdings (IRL) Limited has made a recommended cash offer to the shareholders of Nordic Waterproofing Holding AB (publ) to tender all shares in Nordic Waterproofing to Kingspan. Kingspan is the majority owner of Nordic Waterproofing and controls approximately 87 percent of the shares and votes in the company. The offer values all of the shares in Nordic Waterproofing to approximately SEK 4,395 million. The shares in Nordic Waterproofing are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Mid Cap.
