Cederquist advises Mathem in connection with the combination of Mathem and Oda

Sweden’s and Norway’s leading online grocery stores Mathem and Oda have entered into a combination agreement. The two companies together form a new Nordic market leader in e-commerce of groceries with home delivery, with a combined revenue of over 5 billion SEK.

Cederquist’s team consisted of Henrik Wållgren and Matilda Larsson (Public M&A) as well as Jonas Forsén, Viktor Eriksson, William Wall and Matilda Eriksson (Private M&A).
