Cederquist advises Mellby Gård in connection with the sale of shares in AcadeMedia to Akelius Foundation

Cederquist represents Mellby Gård AB in connection with the sale of all of its shares in AcadeMedia AB (publ), corresponding to approximately 24.4 percent of the shares and votes in the company, to Akelius Foundation.
