Cederquist advises Norvik in connection with the public tender offer regarding Bergs Timber

Norvik Hf has made a recommended public tender offer to the shareholders of Bergs Timber AB (publ), listed at Nasdaq Stockholm. The offer values all of the shares in Bergs Timber to approximately SEK 1.54 billion.
