Cederquist advises on share acquisition in SkiStar

The investment company Aeternum Capital has acquired shares corresponding to 19.6% of the share capital in SkiStar AB. By way of the acquisition, Aeternum Capital becomes the second largest owner in SkiStar. SkiStar has a market cap of approx. SEK 14 billion and owns and operates ski resorts. Cederquist acted as legal advisor to Aeternum Capital in the transaction. Cederquist’s team comprised Fredrik Lundén, Caroline Wassdahl and Karin Karsten.
