Cederquist advises Patrizia in forward commitment with Slättö

German real estate manager Patrizia has entered into a forward commitment with Swedish real estate fund manager Slättö, for a residential development project in the developing suburb of Hyllie in Malmö, Sweden, at a purchase price of approximately EUR 100 million.
