Cederquist advises Patrizia in its acquisition from Bonava

German property investor Patrizia AG has acquired rental apartments in Västerås. The transaction amounts to about SEK 435 million and the first housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the fourth quarter of 2023.
