Cederquist advises SEB in connection with Mildef’s directed issue of new shares

Mildef has carried out a directed issue of new shares to a number of Swedish and international institutional investors, among these Fjärde AP-fonden and an international institutional long-only investor, as well as a number of existing shareholders. Through the share issue, Mildef raises approximately SEK 500 million before transaction costs. Mildef intends to use the proceeds from the issue to part-finance the acquisition of roda computer GmbH.
