Cederquist advises SEB in connection with the listing of LumenRadio on Nasdaq First North Growth Market

The shares in LumenRadio AB (publ) have today, on 8 December 2022, been admitted to trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The initial public offering values all shares in LumenRadio at approximately SEK 594 million following the offering.

LumenRadio is a Gothenburg based technology company focusing on developing and selling reliable wireless product-to-product connections for business-critical applications within the Internet of Things.
