Cederquist advises the bid committee of Pagero in connection with Vertex public tender offer

On 13 December 2023, Vertex, Inc. announced a public tender offer to the shareholders in Pagero Group AB (publ). The public offer values the shares in Pagero to approximately SEK 5.8 billion in total. Cederquist is legal advisor to the independent bid committee of Pagero in connection with the public offer. Pagero is listed at Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
