Cederquist advisor to a global privately owned organisation in connection with the sale of Lidingö centrum in Stockholm

Cederquist has acted as legal advisor to a global privately owned organisation in connection with the sale of Lidingö Centrum in Stockholm for an agreed property value of around SEK 811 million before deduction for latent tax. The buyer is CA Fastigheter, a major developer in Gasverksområdet on the other side of Lidingöbron.

Cederquist’s team consisted of Erika Åslund, Oskar Högberg and Andrea Sedvall.
