Cederquist advisor to DNB in connection with the sale of the office and hotel building Vasahuset

Cederquist has advised DNB in connection with the sale of the office and hotel building Vasahuset to Folksam Fastigheter. Vasahuset is located at Vasagatan in central Stockholm. The price was just over SEK 3 billion.

Cederquist’s team consisted of Erika Åslund, Ivar Näslund and Albin Moberg.
