Cederquist advisor to DNB Liv in connection with the sale of the hotel building Pennfäktaren 10

Cederquist has advised DNB Liv in connection with the sale of the hotel building Pennfäktaren 10 to DNB Scandinavian Property Fund. The property includes Hotel C that consists of 367 hotel rooms, restaurant, conference department and a well-known “Ice-bar”.
