Cederquist advisor to Euroapotheca in connection with the merger between Apoteksgruppen and Kronans Apotek

Euroapotheca will contribute Apoteksgruppen and Oriola will contribute Kronans Apotek to the joint venture for a combined enterprise value of approximately EUR 700 million.
