Cederquist advisor to Neobo in connection with listing on Nasdaq Stockholm

Cederquist has advised Neobo Fastigheter AB (publ) (“Neobo”) in connection with the admission to trading of Neobo’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm, Main Market. Neobo’s shares were previously listed on First North Premier Growth Market. Trading in the company’s shares on the Main Market commenced today on 20 September 2024.

Neobo is a property company that manages and refines rental properties with a long term in municipalities with population growth and good demand for residential properties.
