Cederquist advisor to the Independent Bid Committee in the Board of Directors of Atvexa in connection with DeMina’s public tender offer

On 11 July 2022, DeMina Skolintressenter AB announced a recommended public tender offer to the shareholders of Atvexa AB (publ). The total value of the offer is approximately SEK 338 million. Cederquist is legal advisor to the Independent Bid Committee in the Board of Directors of Atvexa in connection with the public offer. Atvexa is listed at Nasdaq Stockholm, Small Cap.
