Cederquist advisor to the Independent Bid Committee in the Board of Directors of Dustin in connection with Axel Johnson’s public offer

On 29 June 2023, Axel Johnson AB, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, AxMedia AB, announced a mandatory cash offer for all shares in Dustin Group AB (publ). The offer values all shares in Dustin at approximately SEK 3.2 billion. Cederquist acted as legal advisor to the Independent Bid Committee in the Board of Directors of Dustin in connection with the public offer. Dustin’s shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Mid Cap.
