Cederquist assists Björn Borg in issue of SEK 200 million five-year bond loan.



Björn Borg has issued a five-year unsecured bond loan for SEK 200 million. The bond loan carries an annual coupon rate of STIBOR 3 months + 3.25 percentage points, and matures in April 2017. Björn Borg will apply for listing of the bonds on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
