Cederquist represented Pixmania S.A.S (a company in the Dixons group) in the sale of Webhallen Sverige AB to Komplett AS.



Webhallen is a key operator in Sweden in sales of hardware, home electronics, gadgets, games and films, with 145 employees and revenues in 2012 of SEK 873 million. Cederquist&#8217;s team consisted of Petter Wirell, Carl Granström, Johannes Färje and Linnea Sellström.
