Cederquist has advised ACQ Bure in connection with merger with Yubico

Cederquist is acting as legal advisor of ACQ Bure AB, a Swedish acquisition company (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, in connection with ACQ Bure AB and Yubico AB signing a merger agreement and adopting a joint merger plan to combine the companies, whereby ACQ Bure AB is the acquiring company. The transaction values Yubico’s shares at SEK 8,293 million.

ACQ Bure AB was established on the initiative of Bure Equity AB and listed on Nasdaq Stockholm in March 2021. In connection with the listing ACQ Bure AB raised SEK 3.5 billion in equity for the purpose of acquiring an unlisted company.

Cederquist’s team has primarily consisted of Fredrik Lundén, Isabel Cantos, Anna Green Jensen, Elin Ljungström, Louise Génetay, Filip Gyulai, and Kerstin Blomqvist.
