Cederquist has advised Cheyne Capital in connection with the SEK 740 million financing to Realy Bostad for two sustainable, residential developments in Stockholm and Gothenburg

Cederquist has advised Cheyne Capital in connection with SEK 740 million (c. £53m) in financing for two build-to-rent residential housing developments in Stockholm and Gothenburg (Tornérparken in Stockholm and Kv Atlas in Gothenburg) of the approx. 428 energy-efficient residential units and street-level commercial spaces, scheduled for completion and occupancy in late 2026.
