Cederquist has advised Cheyne Capital in connection with SEK 740 million (c. £53m) in financing for two build-to-rent residential housing developments in Stockholm and Gothenburg (Tornérparken in Stockholm and Kv Atlas in Gothenburg) of the approx. 428 energy-efficient residential units and street-level commercial spaces, scheduled for completion and occupancy in late 2026.
