Cederquist has advised Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB (publ) in connection with its directed share issue of preference shares to Swedish and international professional investors. Emilshus is a property company that acquires, develops and manages high-yield commercial properties in southern Sweden based on the business culture of Småland.
