Cederquist has assisted Folksam in connection with its acquisition of the property Lysbomben 6

Cederquist has assisted Folksam in connection with its acquisition of the property Lysbomben 6 located on Kungsholmen in Stockholm.

The deal value amounted to SEK 550 million. The property consists of approximately 15 500 square meters of rentable space which is let to the Swedish National Archives.

Cederquist’s team consisted mainly of Partner Louise Bjärgård,  Senior Associate Johanna Bjärnemyr, Specialist Counsel Christina Sandström, Associate Michela Hallberg Westin and Associate Pierre Olsson.
