Cederquist has assisted Logistri Fastighets AB (publ) in connection with its issuance of senior unsecured green bonds in the amount of SEK 300 million

The bonds have a maturity of three years and bear a floating interest rate of 3-month STIBOR plus 390 basis points. The proceeds from the green bonds will be used in accordance with the company’s recently established green framework.

Logistri Fastighets AB (publ) is a real estate company that invests in commercial properties primarily within the segments of light industry, warehousing, and logistics. Logistri is included in the MSCI Global Micro Cap Index.
