Cederquist in airport acquisition

Cederquist is assisting US company ADC & HAS Airports Worldwide in its acquisition of a number of airports, including Stockholm-Skavsta airport, from Spanish firm Abertis.

In addition to Stockholm-Skavsta airport, Belfast International Airport and Orlando Sanford (Florida) airport terminal, as well as TBI’s management business in the US are included in the transaction, whose value will reach approx. EUR 284 million.
Stockholm Skavsta airport is Sweden’s third largest airport after Stockholm Arlanda and Göteborg Landvetter, and employs around 200 workers.

Cederquist’s transaction team consists of Wilhelm Lüning and Pontus Röckert, primarily assisted by associates Thérèse Hamsten, Linnéa Sellström, David Antonovic (M&A), Lisa Granbom Koski (property and environment) and Peter Nilsson (employment law).
