Cederquist legal advisor to Logistea AB (publ) in connection with Logistea’s SEK 436 million rights issue

Cederquist has acted as legal advisor to Logistea AB (publ) in connection with the fully secured rights issue of approximately SEK 436 million, announced on 14 July 2023. The purpose of the rights issue was to create conditions for Logistea to manage future debt maturities in the company’s outstanding bond loan in a timely manner, and create continued opportunities to carry out acquisitions of properties in accordance with the company’s growth strategy or value creating investments in the existing property portfolio.
