Cederquist represented ArchiMed and its portfolio company Direct Healthcare Group in relation to their acquisition of Handicare’s European Patient Handling Division

Cederquist represented ArchiMed and its portfolio company Direct Healthcare Group in relation to their acquisition of Handicare’s European Patient Handling division from Handicare Group. 

The acquisition agreement was signed on April 9, 2020 and the acquisition was completed on May 4, 2020. Cederquist’s team was led by M&A partners Martin Ulfson and Pontus Röckert, primarily assisted by Jonas Forsén (Counsel) and Hanna Reiding (Associate), with further support from other associates and specialists. The law firms Dechert, Wiersholm, Plesner and Houthoff have acted as local legal counsel in connection with the transaction.
