Cederquist represented MIGS Logistics in the acquisition of 95,000 sqm site in Malmö

Cederquist represented MIGS Logistics in the acquisition of 95,000 sqm site in Malmö, Sweden from Atria group. MIGS secured the property and will develop 60,000 sqm logistics together with Tritax EuroBox. 

The purchase price amounted to SEK 223 million. Value after completed development expects to exceed SEK 1.2 billion. 

MIGS Logistics is a real estate developer specialising in the industrial and logistics sector and operating across Sweden. MIGS is privately held by Falvir AB and NCAP. Both NCAP and Falvir have completed numerous development projects within logistics and offices. NCAP has completed c. €1,200,000,000 of acquisitions across the Nordics in recent years.
