Cederquist represented St Eriks Markutveckling AB in its sale of the property Palmfelt Center in central Stockholm to Atrium Ljungberg.

The property consists of 30,500 sqm leasable area and the acquisition value amounted to SEK 1,560 million.

Cederquist team consisted of Christian Johard (partner), Ivar Näslund (senior associate), Andrea Sedvall (associate) and Mark Gebert (associate).
