Cederquist represents Green Landscaping Holding AB (publ) in its acquisition of Svensk Markservice Holding AB

Svensk Markservice is a nationwide ground maintenance and landscaping service provider in Sweden.The Group develops and manages outdoor environments and offers services such as gardening, cleaning, tree felling, asphalting, drainage and snow removal to both private and public customers.

The Group reported an adjusted total revenue of approximately SEK 879 million for the last twelve months as of August 2018. The acquisition is a subject of approval by the Swedish Competition Authority.

Cederquist’s M&A team consisted mainly of Lars Bärnheim, Magnus Staaf, Linnea Eriksson and Isabel Cantos. Competition related issues were handled mainly by Fredrik Lindblom and Sanna Widén and financing-related issues were handled mainly by Johan Lundberg and Livet Prause.
